Anti-MMP12 antibody - Aminoterminal end (ab38908) at 1/1000 dilution + Cell media from human chondrosarcoma (treated with IL1)
Predicted band size : 54 kDa
Observed band size : 54 kDa
Additional bands at : 22 kDa,45 kDa,67 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
When this antibody is used against the reduced protein, it identifies bands at 54 kDa, 45 kDa, and 22 kDa.
