Anti-MMP12 antibody - Carboxyterminal end (ab38910) + Cell media from human embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma (treated with TNF alpha)
Predicted band size : 54 kDa
Observed band size : 54 kDa
Additional bands at : 45 kDa,66 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
When used against the reduced protein, the antibody identifies bands at 54 kDa, 45 kDa, and activated forms in between.
