What is the sequence of this peptide and how is it purified?

I was not able to obtain the exact sequence of the immunogen as it is proprietary, but we know that it falls in the middle of the propeptide domain of the human sequence of MMP-2, starting in the forties and ending in the seventies, that is, somewhere within this sequence:

The peptide is HPLC-purified.
