Lane 1 : Human MMP9
Lane 2 : Cell media from human chondrosarcoma (untreated)
Predicted band size : 78 kDa
Observed band size : 98 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
When used against the reduced protein, ab38904 identifies bands at 92kDa and 88kDa (the pro form and active form respectively).
