Diesmal gibt's die Antwort wesentlich schneller (obwohl es sich um das gleiche Labor handelt): Das MMP9-Peptid ab41068 ist ein 18-mer mit einem Molekulargewicht von ungefähr 2.2 kDa, das am N-Terminus des geschnittenen Fragments von der humanen MMP9 ('cleaved form of human MMP-9') nach dem Cystein-Switch lokalisiert ist. Nach SwissProt (P14780) befindet sich das Cystein-Switch-Motiv zwischen den Aminosäuren 97 und 104, wie Ihnen sicher besser bekannt ist als mir. Ich hoffe, diese Informationen helfen Ihnen weiter.
