I am curious as to which part of the MSH2 protein the antibody is raised against. I am interested in using this antibody to probe for Plasmodium falciparum MSH2, and would like to know whether it is against a conserved sequence.

This antibody was raised against full length recombinant MSH2 protein. Since it is a polyclonal antibody, it will consist of a mixed population which will recognise different epitopes across the entire protein.
