Recommended dilutions
IHC-P: 1/100 - 1/250. We strongly recommend that customers perform an antigen retrieval step.
WB: 1/1000. Detects a band of approximately 20 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 13 kDa).

Not yet tested in other applications.

Seven other melanoma associated antigens recognized by autologous cytotoxic T cells include MAGE1, MAGE3, tyrosinase, gp100, gp75, BAGE1, and GAGE1.
