  • Application notesIHC-P: 1/20 for 30 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
    WB: 1/100. Detects a band of approximately 70 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 69 kDa).

    Not tested in other applications.
    Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
