ab110414 (MS620) contains 5 mAbs against representative proteins for each of the primary structures of the mitochondrion:
Outer Membrane - Porin ab14734 (MSA03)
Intermembrane Space - Cytochrome c ab110325 (MSA06)
Inner Membrane - Complex Va ab110273 (MS502) and Complex III Core 1 ab110252 (MS303)
Matrix Space - Cyclophilin D ab110324 (MSA04)
This kit is useful in Western blotting to evaluate the structural integrity of isolated mitochondria. This kit is reactive against 39kDa human porin, 12kDa cytochrome c, 55kDa Complex Va, 49kDa Complex III Core 1, and 21kDa Cyclophilin D. Human heart mitochondria are available as standard control (ab110337) mitochondria from other species and tissues are available.

The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
WB: Use a concentration of 10.2 µg/ml. The antibody cocktail (2.37 mg/mL) should be diluted to a final working concentration of 10.2 µg/mL for Western blotting.
