Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-MyD88 antibody (ab28763)
ab28763 (4µg/ml) staining of paraffin embedded Human Tonsil shows staining of clusters of cells some of which are likely plasma cells. Steamed antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9, HRP-staining.
Western blot - MyD88 antibody (ab28763)
Anti-MyD88 antibody (ab28763) at 0.01 µg/ml + Human T cell line MOLT4 cell lysate, 30µg total protein per lane
Predicted band size : 33 kDa
Observed band size : 35 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Primary incubation was for 1 hour.
Detected using chemiluminescence.
Western blot - MyD88 antibody (ab28763)
Anti-MyD88 antibody (ab28763) at 0.03 µg/ml + Lysates prepared from human thymus at 35 µg/ml
developed using the ECL technique
Predicted band size : 33 kDa
Primary incubated for 1 hour.
