Heu there Thanks for the reply We have selected some peptide aptamers against Myc antibodies.we have the myc epitopes in the loops of the peptide aptamers.the selection was done using polyclonal antibodies.It was an ELISA detection.Now we would like to shift to a monoclonal Ab because we think that using monoclonal Ab would be more specific and more appropriate for comparing the dissociation constants of the different binders. Currently, we have 2 monoclonal antibodies against Myc tag: ab18185 and ab94936. Although they are from the same clone but from two sources and the testing conditions were different. ab94936 reacts with recombinant fragment so the other antibody ab18185 may suit your need better.
