Predicted band size : 20 kDa
Observed band size : 76 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
The arrow next to the image points to the Nat5 fusion protein. The difference between the actual and predicted band sizes may be because an E coli derived fusion protein was used.
Colorimetric method used for signal development.
