My research is based on this enzyme so I am extremely interested on this antibody as at this moment me and my supervisor are looking for a good one for imunohistochemistry. Given the amout of companies that sell antibodies against NAPE-PLD - some of which we already tried and didn't get satisfied with it - we would like to know, since you garantee that it works in IHC, if you tried by any chance on Dorsal root ganglia tissue. Also, could you let us know what kind of tissue you used to validate the antibody, and what kind of dilutions do you use?

We have not tested ab77474 in-house for IHC, and we have not received feedback from customers about IHC. However, if you are interested, we have a testing discount program for antibodies which are untested in an application, and are therefore not covered by our guarantee.
