Western blot - NARS antibody - C-terminal (ab71478)
Anti-NARS antibody - C-terminal (ab71478) at 1/60 dilution + Jurkat cell line lysate at 35 µg
Predicted band size : 63 kDa
Observed band size : 63 kDa
Additional bands at : 90 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)-NARS antibody - C-terminal(ab71478)
ab71478 at 1/50 dilution staining NARS - C - terminal in human hepatocarcinoma tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/ PFA fixed paraffin-embedded sections). A peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody was used followed by DAB staining.
