All lanes : Anti-NOMO1 antibody (ab75951) at 1/50 dilution
Lane 1 : 293 cell lysate, non transfected
Lane 2 : 293 cell lysate transiently transfected with the NOMO1 gene
Lysates/proteins at 2 µg per lane.
Predicted band size : 134 kDa
Observed band size : >130 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 67 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
