Application notes
IHC-P: 1/200. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
sELISA: 1/1000. Can be used as detection antibody in conjunction with ab28947 as capture antibody.
WB: Use at a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 31 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 31 kDa).
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

The enzyme apparently serves as a quinone reductase in connection with conjugation reactions of hydroquinons involved in detoxification pathways as well as in biosynthetic processes such as the vitamin K-dependent gamma-carboxylation of glutamate residues in prothrombin synthesis.
