At the last Experimental Biology meeting held in April at San Diego, I spoke to one of your representatives about some experimental problems I'm encountering performing immunohistochemistry for DAX-1 on human tissues. The problem seems to be related to the cross-reactivity of my antibody with some aspecific protein, in fact in WB analyses I detect an additional higher molecular weight band.
