Lane 1 : HEK 293 cells were transfected with pcDNA3.1 vector
Lane 2 : HEK 293 cells were transfected with mNUMB
Lane 3 : HEK 293 cells were transfected with pcDNA3.1 vector and IP'd
Lane 4 : HEK 293 cells were transfected with mNUMB and IP'd
Lane 5 : HEK 293 cells were transfected with pcDNA3.1 vector with
Lane 6 : HEK 293 cells were transfected with mNUMB with
Lysates/proteins at 50 µg per lane.
Performed under reducing conditions.
Predicted band size : 70 kDa
Observed band size : 79 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 50 kDa (possible IgG).
