Anti-NXF1 antibody [53H8] (ab50609) at 0.5 µg/ml + Hela nuclear cell extract at 200 µg/ml
Predicted band size : 70 kDa
Observed band size : 62 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - NXF1 antibody [53H8] (ab50609)
ab50609 staining NXF1 in HeLa cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100. The primary antibody was diluted 1/1000 in 3% BSA in PBS and incubated with the sample for 1 hour at 25ºC. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 568-conjugated goat anti-mouse polyclonal, diluted 1/1000. DAPI was used for nuclear counterstain.
