What is the protocol for TPA stimulating the positive control lysate? What is TPA, how much, and how long?

Thank you for your enquiry. Here is the information that I found about how to make this lysate:

Cells were cultured in medium supplemented with 50 ng/ml TPA (phorbol, 12-myristate, 13 acetate) for two hours at 37°C immediately prior to harvesting.
