Recommended dilutions
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1/2000.
WB: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 1.5 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 57 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 57 kDa).

Nac1 is a transcriptional repressor with a BTB domain. In humans the protein is upregulated in a number of carcinomas and is localized in discrete nuclear bodies that correlate with tumor recurrence.
