ab21624 staining Nanog in human iCell® iPSC Diff Day 5 by Flow Cytometry. Cells were harvested in 1 mM EDTA/1 mM EGTA in PBS (calcium- and magnesium-free) and fixed with acetone. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (1/200 in 10% FBS) for 2 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.
Gating Strategy: negative control cells.
