ICC/IF: Use at a concentration of 10 µg/ml.
IHC-P: Use at a concentration of 1.5 - 3 µg/ml.
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1/16000.
WB: Preliminary experiments in Human brain lysates and in lysates of cell line NIH 3T3 gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1µg/ml).
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
