Recommended dilutions
ICC: 1/200 - 1/1000.
IHC-Fr: 1/200 - 1/1000 for 90 minutes. Cut 10um slices on a cryostat and dry slides at RT for 30-90 minutes. Fix with cold Acetone/Methanol (50/50) for 2 minutes or alternatively with 4% PFA followed by treatment with a 0.05% trypsin solution (incubate for 10 minutes at 37°C, then wash 3 times with PBS)
WB: 1/200 - 1/1000. Predicted molecular weight: 29 kDa.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

The Olig family is a sub-family of the basic helix-loop-helix transcription factors. Olig1 and Olig2, which have been implicated in oligodendrogenesis, are expressed in the region of the ventral ventricular zone of late embryonic spinal cord where oligodendrocyte progenitors appear. Olig3 is transiently expressed in different types of progenitors of embryonic central nervous system and then disappears in the course of development. In adult, expression of Olig3 is primarily detected in non-neural tissues.
