I now have further information in regards to the storage of the Optiblot DTT Reducer (ab119199). I can confirm that this should be fine andshould remain stable for longer if stored at -20°C. I would recommend dividing the 1 mL into smaller aliquots...

I tested four samples and one control (HeLa RIPA lysate).
Loading buffer has DTT (100mM final) and SDS (2% final). Samples are boiled.
