The Optiblot Non-Reducing Electrophoresis kit is supplied with all the optimized Optiblot reagents necessary for rapid and convenient electrophoresis of a protein prior to Western blotting. The kit includes Optiblot SDS Run Buffer which is optimised to work with Optiblot gels.
Optiblot gels must be used with Optiblot buffers.
