General notesOptiblot Reducing SDS Run Buffer has been specifically designed and formulated for use with Optiblot gels to provide the best running conditions and optimal sample resolution. Based on a Tris-MOPS buffer system this run buffer provides excellent band resolution and fast run time. A 10% Optiblot gel will be run to completion within 35 minutes. Separation pattern is similar to that produced by a conventional MES buffer system.
Optiblot gels must be used with Optiblot buffers
