I am interested in your antibody against Csk binding protein - ab9527. I would like to know what antibody concentration was used and what protein load was used for western blotting protocols with this antibody. Thanks.

Thank you for your enquiry. CSK Binding Protein antibody Ref:ab9527 [MEM-255] should stain blots strongly in dilutions 1:500 - 1:1000 but optimum dilution should be done for a particular system of a researcher. We did not measure protein load, it always depends on the type of lysate and level of expression of the specific protein.
