The customer called because the band on their western blot was at 25kDa when it should be at 44kDa.
WB, band size is 1/2 of normal, little NSB but very light. Using A549 cells (human epothelial line), RIPA + PIs as lysis.
Recommended controls.
tips did not work,
secondary: OK
Ab: 1/400, block w/ 4% milk, samples: mouse NIH-3T3, no band at 47 kDa, but bands at 25 and 10 kDa
