All lanes : Anti-PAK2 (phospho S141) antibody (ab79306) at 1/500 dilution
Lane 1 : Jurkat cells treated
with PMA (125ng/ml, 30mins) with no immunizing peptide
Lane 2 : HepG2 cells treated
with Adriamycin (0.5uM, 24hours) with no immunizing peptide
Lane 3 : HepG2 cells treated
with Adriamycin (0.5uM, 24hours) with immunizing peptide at 10 µg
Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane.
Observed band size : 58 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
