I am interested if finding out if you can suggest a starting dilution I might try for the PAPP-A antibody for use in a western blot. I would like the following information:

1) The initial concentration of the Ab 2) a suggested dilution or 3) the final concentration found to be effective for use in a WB

The concentration of the lot 74368 is 3.4 mg/ml. You can use the antibody with a final concentration of 10-20 ug/ml in WB. The optimal concentration needs to be determined separately for every application.
