I'm using this antibody to detect mouse protein using WB, but not seeing any bands.

I am sorry this product did not perform as stated on the datasheet and for the inconvenience this has caused. I have contacted the lab to see if they have any insight as to why this wasn't working to detect the mouse protein.

Can I confirm that this PDE3A (ab14603) antibody, will not cross react with PDE3B, and the PDE3B antibody (ab42091) will not cross react with PDE3A?
