Customer is using this antibody in neutralization experiments with rat smooth muscle cells. Is there a neutralization protocol available for this antibody?

Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately, a neutralization protocol is not available for this antibody. Ab10845 will neutralize the biological activity of recombinant human PDGF BB. It will also neutralize the activity of recombinant human-AB, natural human PDGF, rat PDGF BB, and porcine PDGF BB. It will neutralize the activity of recombinant human PDGF AA at 50-100 fold higher IgG concentration. The ND50 is approximately 0.025- 0.2 µg/ml.
