Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab28544 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
WB: 1/1,000 when using colorimetric substrates such as BCIP/NBT and 1/5,000 for chemiluminescent substrates. Higher concentration of antibody may be needed for non-human samples. Predicted molecular weight: 43 kDa.
This antibody identifies bands at 55 kD and 53 kD when used against the reduced protein as well as activation/breakdown products. The antibody can recognize native or reduced PKARIb. Dilution optimised using Chromogenic detection.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Four types of regulatory chains are found: I-alpha, I-beta, II-alpha, and II-beta. Their expression varies among tissues and is in some cases constitutive and in others inducible.
Belongs to the cAMP-dependent kinase regulatory chain family.
Contains 2 cyclic nucleotide-binding domains.
The pseudophosphorylation site binds to the substrate-binding region of the catalytic chain, resulting in the inhibition of its activity.
