Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - PKA regulatory subunit I beta antibody (ab38225)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue reacted with ab38225 at a 1/50 dilution, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining.
This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
