Shouldn't the data sheet should state that the immunogen used to generate this antibody corresponds to amino acid 662-673 of Rat PKC delta rather than 726-737?

Does ab4142 work in IP?

I can confirm that this antibody has not been tested in IP in our laboratories. This antibody originated in Dr. Wetsels laboratory and has been used in the following papers:

Mischak H et al. Phorbol ester-induced myeloid differentiation is mediated by protein kinase C-alpha and -delta and not by protein kinase C-beta II, -epsilon, -zeta, and -eta. J Biol Chem 268:20110-5 (1993). PubMed: 8376369
