ab37128 staining PROX1 in murine colon tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections).Tissue was fixed in formaldehyde and an antigen retrieval step was performed using 10 mM Sodium citrate, pH 6.0. Samples were then blocked using 10% serum for 30 minutes at 26°C and incubated with ab37128 at a 1/100 dilution for 12 hours at 4°C. The secondary used was an HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal used at a 1/100 dilution.
