I would appreciate if you could tell me which is the epitope of PSD95
recognized by the monoclonal antibody [6G6-1C9] to PSD95 ab2723. The
reason why I am asking this information is because I am planning to
perform pull-down and co-ip experiments using several PSD95 deletion
mutants. I am concerned that some of them could not be recognized by the
antibody simply because I have deleted the epitope.

To our knowledge, the epitope this clone recognizes has not been mapped. The immunogen was full-length rat PSD95.
