Anti-PTP mu antibody [2C10] images:

  Immunoprecipitation - PTP mu antibody [2C10] (ab23879)

Immunoprecipitation - PTP mu antibody [2C10] (ab23879)

SDS-PAGE analysis of anti-PTP mu immunoprecipitates. Lysates from 3T3[FL] cells labeled with [35S] methionine for 2 h were precipitated with:

Lane 1: PTP mu rabbit polyclonal C-terminal ab23820
Lane C: control antibody (anti-GST)
Lanes 2-8: anti- PTP mu mAbs, including
Lane 5: 3D7 (ab23865)
Lane 8: 2C10 (ab23879)

The mAbs precipitate both the uncleaved form of PTP mu (~200 kDa) as well as a cleaved form (100 kDa doublet).

Note that the ab23879 formulation used to generate this image was hybridoma supernatant while the formulation available from Abcam has been purified.
