Dear Sir, I have bought an antibody rat-monoclonal perforin (FITC) anti-mouse (Ab16075). On the data sheet is writing that the concentration of the antibody is 1 mg/mL and is recommended to use 5 ug/mL. However is not written the total volume / tube. It is only written for 50 tests.
