ELISA: Use at 2:1000
Western blot: use at 8:1000
IP: use at 4µg/250 mg protein sample of treated cell
Not recommended for immunoblotting of trace cellular phosphoprotein.
Acetone precipitation of the protein extract followed by SDS denaturation is recommended for successful immunoprecipitation.
