Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Plasma Kallikrein 1B antibody (ab44392)
ab44392 staining Kallikrein 1B in human temporal neocortical tissue sections IHC-P . Tissue samples were fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 10% serum for 20 minutes at 23°C: antigen retrieval was performed by heat mediation in citrate buffer.. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100) for 18 hours at 23°C . A biotin-conjugated horse anti Rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/50) was used as secondary antibody.
