Could you please tell me the NCBI accession numbers for the target proteins of ab3320 (19S S6) and ab3321 (19S S6')? There are numerous nomenclature systems for these proteins and I want to make sure I order the correct antibodies. Also, given the high homology (98-99%) in these 2 genes between human and mouse, would you expect the antibody to cross-react with mouse proteins? Thank you.

Thank you for your patience, I just received the following information from the originator of these two antibodies. Regarding the accession numbers, we don't have the information readily available, but we will look into it and I'll get back to you about this. Regarding cross-reactivity, one could hypothesize that there is a very good chance of cross reactivity based on the homology findings. However, since ab3320 and ab3321 have not yet been tested with mouse samples, we are unable to provide a guarantee. If you have any more questions, please let me know.
