All lanes : Anti-Pumilio 2 antibody (ab32894) at 1 µg/ml
Lane 1 : Human Epstein-Barr virus immortilised lymphoblastoid lysate - without blocking with the immunizing peptide
Lane 2 : Human Epstein-Barr virus immortilised lymphoblastoid lysate - blocking with the immunizing peptide
Lysates/proteins at 35 µg per lane.
Predicted band size : 114 kDa
Observed band size : 110 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 37 kDa,65 kDa,75 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
NB: Some minor bands are resistant to blocking by the immunizing peptide.
