Thank you for your enquiry and your interest in our products.
It is important to emphasize that as the datasheet indicates, this antibody has only been tested in WB against the recombinant fragment used as immunogen. We have no data on the detection of endogenous protein.
Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity in cases combined with nuclear staining. QPCT is expressed in the gastrointestinal (GI) system; and in different cancers such as colorectal, pancreas, lung, liver, stomach. Thus tissue lysates from any of these organs/samples or 721_B cells or even human foetal muscle lysate can be used as positive control.
