Recommended dilutions
ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. ELISA titre using peptide based assay 1/62500.
WB: Use at a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 60 and 65 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 105 kDa).
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

The R3H motif is characterised by the presence of an invariant arginine residue and a highly conserved histidine residue, which are separated by three residues. The function of the domain is predicted to be binding ssDNA. There are two named isoforms of R3HDM2.
