I have never had any problems with products from Abcam but unfortunately now I am very disapointed and I have to address the 'guaranteed product quality'. I used monoclonal anti-Rab3b (cat# ab55655) in a western blot and a IHC-P experiment and in both experiments this antibody gave no results. For Western Blot (picture included) I even saw an aspecific staining in the ladder and nothing close to the expectes 25kDa. For IHC-P on human pancreas (formalin fixed, parafin embedded), the staining was equally abscent/weak to that of the negative control slide with only secondary anti-mouse staining. All concentrations and conditions suggested by Abcam were accurately followed.

A refund in Abpoints or in money seems reasonable given the lack of results with this product.
