Western blot - RACK1 antibody (ab37672)
Anti-RACK1 antibody (ab37672) at 1/100 dilution + Ramos cell lysate.
Predicted band size : 35 kDa
Observed band size : 30 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 60 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - RACK1 antibody (ab37672)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma tissue reacted with ab37672, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining.
