Recommended dilutions
ICC/IF: 1/100 - 1/200.
IP: Use 5-10 µL.
WB: 1/500 - 1/1000. Detects a band of approximately 30 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 35 kDa).
Staining of the RACK1 band in immunoblotting is specifically inhibited by the immunizing peptide.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
