IP: Use at 5-10 µg.
WB: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 1.0 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 30 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 35 kDa).

Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
